Extending the sentence to 6 years takes all that deliberation? The penalty should be something like 60 years so that the criminal has to wait 60 years instead of finality like life where he or she can just make their peace knowing they will never get out, plus even if he or she may not have reformed after 60 years, being 70, 80 or 90 there's almost literally no way they could physically be able to hurt someone else. There should be evidence beyond a reasonable doubt though as in all cases, to prevent the law being abused.

Doctors should test people for poisons more often. I know there are a lot out there and it's expensive or whatever, but a lot of times it feels like they always know it's a possibility but just ignore it and go "hmm, we just can't figure it out!" 🙄
